Find it! is a single directory where you can search to find the contact details for Services (including a Special Find it! section), Activity and Parent and Toddler Groups and Children's Centres.

What information can I expect to find in the Services Section (Special Find it!)?

Families with children who have special educational needs or disabilities often need different or additional information.

As well as providing information on relevant services, support groups, money and the law, the Special Find it! section offers ideas for suitable holiday venues, a range of inclusive and exclusive activity and leisure groups, a 'top tips' section from parents who have 'been there and done that', some handy jargon-busting useful definitions and a useful section on dealing with the transition from child to adult services.

Common Assessment Framework

Do you feel your son/daughter has support needs that are not being met? Have family circumstances caused difficulties e.g. bereavement, physical or mental ill health, violence or crime? It may help to complete a CAF Common Assessment Framework to ensure that everybody involved with your child works together to get them the help they need.
